The farms

In Italy and across the world

The best fruit from the best territories. This ideal has carried us through the years: hectar after hectar, we have built our 'Agricola' world.

Agricola Persea

Agricola Persea and our Hass avocado production.

Born in 2018 out of the collaboration between Battaglio and C.I. Tropical, leading colombian company in banana production and export, the company is located on about 1000 hectars of land in the Cauca valley, in Colombia. This mountain area is between 1600 and 2200 metres above sea level, and is named after the Cauca river, which forms a valley among the Ande chain in its journey north.

The land is parallel to the Pacific coast and is known for its excellent farming properties, thanks to a high level of sun and abundant rain. This way, plants can grow sustainably, preserving the land and the resources of local communities.

With these strengths, our aims are ambitious: to become one of the most important players in international avocado export.
